The table below lists not only the registration fees for the conference but also those for the international summer school “The Paradigm Shift: From Rules to Models in Natural Language Processing” (https://summer-school.gplsi.es/), which will take place immediately after the conference. Participants registering for both events are eligible for a €100 discount.

The registration fee for NLPAICS 2026 includes the presentation and publication of accepted papers, attendance at all conference sessions, coffee breaks, the pre-conference reception, and the gala dinner. For second or additional accepted papers by the same presenting author, the registration fee is reduced by 50% per paper. Registration will open before the end of March 2026.
